In order to properly recover your identity and correct any issues that may have been caused to your credit, a police report must be filed. While filing a police report might be simple, there is specific information to include in the report that may not be common knowledge. ID CyberCenter trained advisor will help you step by step throughout the process to confirm the proper information is submitted. While filing the police report, ID CyberCenter will evaluate all the damages that may have occurred. A report must also be filed with the Federal Trade Commission along with other government agencies and institutions.

Once ID CyberCenter determines the scope of the damage, it’s time to kick your recovery campaign into high gear.
A fraud advisor specially trained in the recovery process will start to prepare a definitive package on your behalf. This package will contain all the necessary documents and different affidavits that must be filed with not only the credit bureaus, but also the creditors and the different government agencies. The package must be sent to creditors in order to absolve you from liability and to the credit bureaus – in order to correct, remove and block the information from your report as well as to any other possible collection agencies that may be a part of the claim. The precision of the package is of the utmost importance in order to prevent you from being held liable for any damage that may be caused to you or others without your consent.
